‘Communication’ is an extension of ‘3.5 shards’ series. Individual words from the essay ‘3.5 shards’ are separated and put into light bulbs that spawn in an infinitely long corridor.

‘Communication’ aims to visualize the gap in our day to day human communication where each and everyone of us has slightly and subtly different definition of the words based on our own personal experiences. The different languages contained by light bulbs signify attempts of communication using these personal definitions which difference in meaning is not unlike the differences that arise from translation.

The light bulbs act on the audience only when the audience is actively making an effort to connect with and understand the circumstances by moving forward and backward. The never ending corridor also implies the constant effort that we must make in order to connect in the hope of glimmering light at the end.
